Throughout the duration of The Bangkok condominium project,
we at Land and House have dedicated our efforts to redefining
modern urban living in Bangkok. In order to do so, we selected
prime locations, and limited each project to under 8 floors
to ensure residents of a comfortable and private living environment
with ample parking space. |

The design of The Bangkok places a great deal of emphasis
on the details of Thai architecture, and was directly influenced
by the city itself. Every square meter of The Bangkok has
been planned to ensure a subtle blend between the buildings
and the surrounding environment, and all plants carefully
selected to create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The exterior
walls of The Bangkok have been designed to appear unobtrusive,
and are illuminated overnight, with an exterior sidewalk for
added security. The Bangkok also has implemented a traffic
management system and has 24-hour professional security personnel
to check vehicles and persons entering the development at
night. In addition, all common areas in The Bangkok have been
designed to be low maintenance and resistant to wear-and-tear.
Finally, The Bangkok also has created a waste management system
to ease waste disposal, and keep the development clean and
odor free. |
